May 26, 2004 Special Telephonic Meeting

  • 04-23: The Board approved Resolution 04-01 in connection with the offer and sale of the University's System Revenue Bonds, 2004 (the "Series 2004 Bond"). Resolution 04-01 approves amendments to the "Master Resolution"(Resolution No. 02-03) adopted on May 10, 2002.
  • 04-24: The Board approved Resolution 04-02 in connection with the offer and sale of the University's System Revenue Bonds, 2004 (the "Series 2004 Bond").
