Special/Regular Meeting
- 99-17: The Board approved the minutes for April 15-16, 1999.
- 99-18: The Board agreed to expand the presidential search committee to include staff selected by the association of exempt administrative and professional staff.
- 99-19: The Board requested that the presidential search committee forward five to eight finalists for consideration.
- 99-20: The Board expanded the presidential search committee to include another student. Composition of the committee is now: three trustees, four faculty, one administrators, one classified staff, two students, one alumni representative, one CWU foundation board member, and one dean.
- 99-21: The Board approved the reduction in the placement file transmittal fee and the safe ride fee for fall.
- 99-22: Amendment to the CWU retirement plan document, to include faculty members with appointments for two consecutive quarters for at least 50 percent of full time, and those exempt administrative professional staff employees with appointment for more than six consecutive months for at least 50 percent of full time.
- 99-23: The Board adopted the CWU administrative exempt salary plan, effective immediately.
- 99-24: The Board requested that the administration attempt to negotiate a dispute over S & A fee allocation in good faith prior to submission of a final budget.
- 99-25: The Board received reports items 27-36 and action items 37-43 collectively.
