Changed Motions to correspond with correct numbers.
- 01-14: The Board approved the April 13, 2001 minutes.
- 01-15: The Board approved parking rate increase for faculty and staff, and for students at differing rates. Also, approved a proposal to implement parking plan and amendment of definition of "compensation" in CWU Retirement Plan to include salary reductions.
- 01-16:The Board accepted the Financial Report of CWU for the period July 1, 1999-June 30. 2000.
- 01-17: Motion withdrawn.
- 01-18: The Board approved delegating the Board of Trustees' powers and duties to the president and the president's designees to make changes in assignments of faculty and special appointments to the faculty and resolution 01-02 (formally resolution 78-8) delegating to the president and the president's designees the power and duty to appoint exempt employees.(formerly resolution 78-6)
- 01-19: The Board received collectively report items 23-25, and action items 26-36 collectively approved.
