February 3-4, 2005 Special/Regular Meetings

  • 05-01: Motion to approve the Board of Trustees minutes of the special and regular meetings December 2-3, 2004 carried.
  • 05-02: The Board of Trustees approved the proposed changes to the Faculty Code of Personnel Policy and Procedure approved by the Faculty Senate November 3, 2004.
  • 05-03: Motion that The Board of Trustees approves changes to the Exempt Employees' Code of Personnel Policy and Procedure that was approved by the Exempt Employees' Association. Motion carried.
  • 05-04: Motion that the Board of Trustees receive report Items 16-22 collectively, and approve action Items 23-26 collectively. Motion carried.
