• 04-01: The Board approved minutes of the December 4-5, 2003 meetings.
• 04-02: The Board adopted the following summer session 2004 budget, effective Summer Quarter, 2004
  • Undergraduate Tuition: $112 per student credit hour
  • Post-Baccalaureate Tuition: $139 per student credit hour
  • Graduate Tuition: $164 per student credit hour
  • Registration Fee: $40 per student
• 04-03: The Board approved proposed changes to the CWU Policies Manual, Part 1-1.6, powers and duties of the board, with two adjustments.
• 04-04: The Board received Items 17-22 collectively and approved action Items 23-30 collectively.
• 04-05: The Board moved that the hearing officer's Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommended Decision be adopted as the board's final decision in the Donahue salary adjustment grievance.
