- 02-01: The Board approved the minutes from the 12/5-6/2001 meeting.
- 02-02: The Board adopted the summer session budget as submitted.
- 02-03: The Board revised the Faculty salary scale.
- 02-04: The Board authorized VPBFA to execute documents for the Lease/Purchase Program.
- 02-05: The Board approved a supplemental allocation to the Services and Activities Fees Committee.
- 02-06: The Board granted tenure to Mr. Lois Breedlove.
- 02-07: The Board made changes to the Board Bylaws codified in the Policies Manual.
- 02-08: The Board approved revisions to the Appointing and Contract Authority Resolutions (Resolutions 02-01 & 02-02).
- 02-09: The Board made changes to the Exempt Employees' Code of Personnel Policy and Procedure.
- 02-10: The Board received collectively report items 34-41 and action items 42-50.
