Special/Regular Meetings
- 04-52: The Board of Trustees move to approve the minutes of October 8, 2004 regular and special meetings and the special meeting November 6, 2004.
- 04-53: Motion by the Board of Trustees authorizing the Vice President of Business and Financial Affairs to purchase the properties at 415 N. Railroad Avenue and 409 N. Elliot Avenue, Ellensburg, Washington.
- 04-54: Motion for the Board of Trustees to approve the changes to the Sexual Assault Policy.
- 04-55: The Board of Trustees approved the Service and Activities Fees Committee supplemental allocation to increase the Reserve Fund Balance from $500, to $700,000.
- 04-56: Motion approved by The Board of Trustees for the Services and Activities Fees Committee supplemental allocation, of $33,676 to cover salary increases for S & A funded positions.
- 04-57: The Board of Trustees approved changes to the Distinguished Professor Award Policies and Procedures that were approved by the Faculty Senate December 1, 2004.
- 04-58: Motion approved by The Board of Trustees to receive report Items 16-22 collectively, and approve action Items 23-26 collectively.
