- 99-10: Approval of the minutes for March 5, 1999 and February 12, 1999, as edited.
- 99-11: The Board approved Resolution 99-02, honoring Wilfred Woods.
- 99-12: The Board accepted the financial report for the period July1, 1997 through June 30, 1998.
- 99-13: The Board accepted the state audit reports for July 1, 1997 through June 30, 1998: CWU, ASCWU, Housing and food services.
- 99-14: Dr. Nelson's letter of intent to retire was accepted.
- 99-15: The Board decided to immediately implements a communications strategy and distributes the resulting communications to the greater university community within a week.
