abc teachA great resource for parents and teachers! This site includes many ideas of lessons for both the classroom and at home.  This is a wonderful idea for parents to bring the classroom home to continue learning!
Pediatric NeurologyTips for when to see a pediatric neurologist, how to contact one, and resources. This group has published many books on various topics of pediatric neurology, including many disabilities.
KITThis organization develops programs to include children with disabilities in as many activities as possible. Volunteer opportunities are always available, and local programs are often available.
tumblonThis site is designed to help parents understand their child's developmental milestones. One feature is the ability to track your child's milestones, which helps for early intervention of children with developmental disorders. There is also a forum for parents to share ideas.
PathwaysAn entire site deticated to early identification and treatment of motor delays. Identify milestones of typically developing children, and read personal stories. This site has a lot to offer, including information available in Spanish.
Building BridgesThis is an organization designed to help children and families of children with emotional, behavioral, and mental disabilities. A monthly parent newsletter is put out, and a section called the book corner gives parents suggestions of reading materials.
LD OnlineThe world's largest website on learning disabilities and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This site provides tips for helping children concentrate, questions and answers, as well as individual pages designed specifically for parents, teachers, and kids!
ISERA directory of special education and disabilities resources. Includes information about many disabilities, as well as contact information for therapists, coaching, and educational alternatives.
