Arbor Day

Arbor is a day when we celebrate trees and their importance for us. CWU will celebrate by hosting an event for the community's children to come and have fun while learning about nature. This year it will be held in the Japanese Garden on campus, so they have asked us to be a part of the celebration! They would like us to teach people how to fold origami and how to write some kanji. We can also help with other activities.

There will be two shifts. One will be from 9:30am - 12:00, and one will be from 12:00 - 2:30pm. We will meet in front of the Japanese garden at 9:30am for the 1st shift, or 2:30 for the 2nd shift on Saturday, April 26th. you can sign up for one or both shifts!

This is a very fun event in the beautiful outdoors! Please come join the fun! Lunch will be provided for anyone who participates!
