- Here are the guidelines that Dr. Pappas would like you to follow for
your portfolio. This portfolio is very important for this class. It constitutes
most of your grade for this class. You need to keep a portfolio for this
class. You can simply turn it in to Dr. Pappas in a folder, you do not
need to buy an expensive binder to keep it in. Please e-mail a copy of your portfolio to Dr. Pappas.
- Here is the Syllabus for Spring Quarter 2004.
- This document is a Microsoft Word document that is a little different
than last quarter's proposal. This document contains gray cells, all
you need to do is click in the small gray box and start typing. You do
not need to do any reformatting with this new doucment! Simply click and
type, the gray cells will not show up when you print out this doucment.
Please use this format.
- This document is protected, so that you can not change anything in the text.
If you need to change anything, open the forms toolbar and click unprotect
document. Before you do this make sure to save first. Sometimes it can
empty the boxes if you are not careful. If you have any questions contact
e-mail Dr. Pappas or Riyon Hutton for help. We are more than willing to help you
out. This new format makes it much easier to find the information we need.
- Please remember to e-mail Dr. Pappas or Riyon Hutton your name, project title,
agency you are working for, and your Mentors and Supervisors. Please send
full names, not just first name by April 15, 2004. This is extremely
important so that we can keep the website
up
to
date!
- Here are some guidelines for how to format your journal entries. These
need to be done weekly, so don't get behind. You also have the option of doing your journal entries online at the Civic Engagement under the "Time Reports" option.
- Here are some sample project goals and how to write them for your
proposal.
- This document contains directions for writing a plan of action for your proposal.
- Here is the Midterm for Winter Quarter 2004. It is due February 11, 2004.
- Here is the ASL Evaluation Form that is used for the program. This needs to be included in your portfolio at the end of the quarter.
- If you lost your time card or need a new one you can go to the Human
Resources Website. Sherrie does prefer that you use the carbon copy forms
though. If you are working for two different departments, you need to fill
out two different time cards. If you use this form, make two copies and staple together when you turn in your time card.
