The Department of Art warmly welcomes Dr. Liahna Armstrong as Interim Chair. Dr. Armstrong, Department of English, teaches Film and Video Studies, composition and literature. Liahna was Dean of the College of Arts and Humanities from 1996 until 2005. Before coming to Central Liahna was a Department Chair at Grinnell College, Iowa and Montana State University. Dr. Armstrong not only brings her extensive administrative experience and skills to the Department where she has always been a dedicated supporter of student events but also her strong advocacy of the arts on campus and in the community.
