Math 153 (Pre-Calculus Mathematics I)

Students meeting any one of the following prerequisite requirements will be allowed to register for Math 153:
A) C or better in Intermediate Algebra (Math 100C) at a post-secondary level institution
B) Intermediate Math Placement Test, with a score of 18 or better (if taken after May 2000, otherwise 24 or better)
C)A year of high school calculus (NOT PRE-CALCULUS)

Math 154 (Pre-Calculus Mathematics II)

Students meeting any one of the following prerequisite requirements will be allowed to register for Math 154:
A) Math 153, C or better
B) Advanced Math Placement Test, with a score of 17 or better (if taken after May 2000, otherwise 23 or better)
C) A year of high school calculus (NOT PRE-CALCULUS)
D)Pre-calculus II equivalent at a post-secondary institution

Math 172 (Calculus)

Students meeting any one of the following prerequisite requirements will be allowed to register for Math 172:
A) Math 154, C or better
B) Advanced Math Placement Test, with a score of 19 or better (if taken after May 2000, otherwise 26 or better)
C) A year of high school AP calculus (NOT PRE-CALCULUS)
D) Pre-calculus equivalent at a post-secondary level institution

Math 170 (Intuitive Calculus)

Students meeting any one of the following prerequisite requirements will be allowed to register for Math 170:
A) Math 153, C or better
B)Advanced Math Place Test, with a score of 19 or better (if taken after May 2000, otherwise 26 or better)
C) A year of high school calculus (NOT PRE-CALCULUS)
D) Pre-calculus equivalent at a post-secondary level institution
