The Office of Undergraduate Research runs several programs to support and promote undergraduate research, scholarly work, and creative activities at Central Washington University.

Travel and research grants for undergraduates

• Small grants to current undergraduate students to support travel to conferences or performances
• Small grants to current undergraduate students to cover research expenses 
• Two deadlines per year in November and February

End-of-Quarter Poster Sessions

• Poster presentations the last week of the quarter for course-based research and projects

• Workshops about poster-making, giving oral presentations, applying for funding, etc. several times throughout the year

• The OUR office (Black Hall 225-42) is staffed from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm most days for drop-in visits
• Students, staff, and faculty are all welcome
