Wahle Apartments offers two bedroom apartments for upper class students. These duplex style accommodations are located on the north end of campus, convenient to the Psychology Building, Peterson Hall, and the Aquatics Facility. Internet service and all utilities are provided by the university, including telephone service (tenant must provide telephone instrument). Parking for two vehicles is available at each apartment.

Wahle offers true apartment living in a relaxed community atmosphere. This apartment complex has proven to be a popular place for students to live on campus. The two bedroom apartments are furnished. Kitchen items (such as pots and pans) and bedding are not provided.
The current rate is $860 per month. Please note: rates could change as of July 1, 2016. The six month fee will be waived for Theatre Arts Summer Institute graduate students.

Barto Residence Hall
The Office of Conference Program is excited to announce the availability of limited space in the new Barto Residence Hall to students in the graduate program of Theatre Arts in summer beginning on June 30, and ending on July 31. Requests will be honored on a space available, first come first serve basis until filled. You will be contacted if your requested lodging space is not available. Barto is conveniently located next to SURC with air-conditioned rooms, two single beds per room, shared bathrooms, mini fridge/microwave, laundry facilities, and wireless Internet. Kitchen facility is not available in the hall. Bedding and towels with one time weekly service are provided. You must bring your own TV and telephone. Check in time is after 3:00 pm and check out time is at noon.
Lodging rate is based on double occupancy at $26 per person per night, or $148 per week (for seven consecutive nights) or $570 per month (maximum 30 consecutive nights). If you don’t have a roommate, a roommate will be assigned to you by gender, and by workshop/class name when possible. Single rooms, if available, are $45 per night, with no discount for weekly or monthly stay.
