The Broadway League seminar--including Broadway producer Jana Robbins and Director of Marketing at Spotco, Nick Pramik--shares information about non-performance careers in the arts (producing, general management, marketing, press, stage management, etc.) with schools around the country.
Guests include award-winning professionals associated with many top Broadway shows such as: Wicked, Billy Elliot, Spring Awakening, Red, The Addams Family, Frost/Nixon, The Producers and Rent.
Speakers participate from a studio in New York City, while students from CWU connect via distance learning video conferencing into the seminar. These events occur live (not taped), and the participants are encouraged to ask questions of the speakers at the end.
