Central Washington University’s STEM Teaching program prepares you to competently and confidently begin a teaching career and positively impact students’ lives. The Teach STEM program provides candidates with rigorous coursework and field experience in preparation for becoming middle or high school STEM teachers. Central’s STEM Teaching program is a collaboration between sciences and education that supports you as you seek your teaching certification in the science and mathematics field. Attending a community college? CWU's Early Transfer Admission Plus Program allows you to be fully admitted to CWU while you finish your degree at your local community or technical college. Benefits of joining include application fee waiver, connection to an advisor, introduction to students and faculty, and access to CWU resources like financial aid and career services.
