The SURC Partners form the management team of this facility based on a financial partnership, which includes the Associated Students of Central Washington University (ASCWU), Campus Life and Student Union, University Recreation, Dining Services, and the Wildcat Shop (bookstore).

The SURC Partners meet on a bi-weekly basis throughout the year to discuss shared financial matters specifically related to the facility.  Each year the SURC Partners provides a facility assessment--which addresses physical facility condition, technical services, furnishings and equipment replacement and repair, and long-term fiscal planning--to the Governance Board for review.
