Everyone is welcome to the Ellensburg premier of the documentary American Meat on Thursday, Feb. 27 at 7 p.m. in the Student Union and Recreation Center (SURC) Theater. Admission is free and open to the public.
American Meat is a film examining the American meat industry. The film attempts to figure out if sustainable meat farming as opposed to industrial produced meatcan feed America.
Following the premier will be a panel discussion on the current state of the American Agricultural system.
