Welcome to Scheduling Services! The Scheduling Services office provides room scheduling and resource management for all non-academic meetings and events occurring on campus. Whether you are coordinating a week-long conference or scheduling a weekly meeting, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

 

Our facilities are available for use by CWU recognized student organizations and departments as well as the general public. Conveniently located in the heart of the Central Washington University campus, Scheduling Services will assist in planning additional services such as equipment rental, catering, river float trips, team building opportunities and much more. We'll make sure no detail is missed.

 

The Student Union & Recreation Center (SURC) offers a unique variety of rooms for events such as weddings, conferences, workshops, trainings, parties, reunions and more.
