Building Manager Rates
Rates apply only if you request the Student Union open before or after normal building hours. Building Manager rates are $20.00 per hour (time rounded up to the hour). Normally we will only require one Building Manager however, depending on the type of event, more staff may be required.
All general meeting rooms are charged $25.00 when changing rooms from the standard room configurations. The Ballroom setup rate is $50.00 per section (this charge applies to on-campus/department groups where there is no room rental charge). The Theater and the Executive Boardroom have fixed seating and can not be changed.
