Ashlee has been working for CWU Westside Student Life since 2012 as the Associate Director.   Ashlee works at the Des Moines Center and travels to the Pierce center one day every other week.  Ashlee’s passion is working with students as they are cultivating their creativity, developing their leadership style, and becoming campus community builders.  Ashlee’s previous background has been in University Housing for 7 years at Texas A & M University, The Art Institute of Seattle and Western Washington University.  Ashlee has cultivated her leadership and facilitation skills from her time as a student at Western Washington University in their Student Affairs Master’s program and at Seattle University in their Educational Leadership Doctoral Program.   When Ashlee’s not working with the CWU community, you can find her hitting the track as a Roller Derby girl or strolling Ballard with her husband, daughter, and Pitbull mix dog.

Zack joined Westside Student Life in 2014 as Student Resource Manager after working four years at Western Washington University's Residence Life and University Housing; providing engaging and educational events to students living on campus. Since joining Central Washington University, Zack has served as the University Representative at Edmonds Community College’s Emergency Preparedness and Advising teams and has participated in the NASPA regional conference. Zack feels incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to advise the Campus Activities Team and work with all student services across CWU-Lynnwood and EdCC to create an exciting and impactful community. When Zack’s not working with student leaders, you can find him riding across Washington on his bike.  Zack holds a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Western Washington University and anticipates starting his MEd at Seattle University in Summer 2016.
