Students attend Grad Kickoff to get their cap and gown and take care of their other graduation needs. If you are planning to participate in one of Central Washington University’s 2014 commencements, please register online and purchase the appropriate regalia (caps and gowns) through the Wildcat Shop.
Grad Kickoff is an important event that no graduate should miss because it provides a single setting for graduating students to get everything they will need for graduation. University staff members will be able to answer your questions about commencement. You will also be able to pick up your cap and gown, honor tassel, diploma frame, order class rings, graduation announcements, and even graduate portraits (which can be taken at Grad Kickoff).
Grad Kickoff 2014 for the Everett and Lynnwood Centers will be located on the Lynnwood campus in the Snoqualmie Hall lobby.
Visit the Commencement web page for more information.
Come celebrate Cinco de Mayo with your Student Leadership Group! We will be providing information on the history and traditions of Cinco de Mayo as well as Spanish-themed food in the Snoqualmie Hall lobby. FREE to all CWU students!
Ready for some creative expression? Student Life and the CWU Lynnwood Writing Center are partnering with Seattle-based non-profit Amara to create Mother's and Father's Day cards for adoptive and foster parents. Construction paper, glitter, glue, and all the card-making supplies you'll need will be provided. Take a break from your studies and visit us in the Snoqualmie Hall lobby.
You can also donate infant supplies which will be taken to Amara for children waiting to find homes.
