Job Description:
Work with a student or a group of students (1-3) that are performing below grade level in math skills. Work with individual students to carry out teacher's instructional plans. Work with students grades K-5. (See Job Number 211A if you are interested in working with students grades 6-9 at Morgan Middle School as a mathematics tutor.)
Additional Comments:
Need 9 students to work 8-14 varied hours per week (3 students per elementary school). Work schedule to be arranged during school hours

Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
Desire to work with children in a small group setting. Must be a positive team player. Ability to work with teachers to coordinate math plans. Must be eligible for Work-Study at Central Washington University. Must have patience for, and understanding of elementary school age children. Professional grooming habits required, which include dress code set by school district and attention to personal hygiene. Must be able to work independently, while following classroom teacher's instructions on how to build math skills.
