Job Description: 
Student will need to complete a background check and credit check. Must be eligible for Financial Aid Work Study to qualify for this position.
Additional Comments: 
Hiring now for the 2012-2013 Academic Year.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as data input, maintaining database records as well as manual filing systems, spread sheet applications, copying and filing. This person will need to be able to answer the phone, take messages, greet people, run errands on campus and other duties as assigned. Cashiering experience helpful.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed: 
Accuracy, organization, computer literacy, usage of Excel, spread sheets and data bases helpful. Must be able to follow through on instructions. Good verbal and written skills. Must have the ability to understand complex systems and paperwork with the least amount of supervision; a self starter with attention to detail. Must be be reliable. Must be eligible for work-study.
Why do you need this position?: 
This position is the foundation of accurate and timely record keeping for the reporting and maintenance of the records for CWU University Relations. Keeping the filing current and entering the receipts and disbursements in a timely manner will help the CWU Foundation office to run in a smooth manner.
