Duties & Responsibilities: 
Under the supervision of the Regional Business Manager and the Fiscal Analyst 5 (Fiscal Manager), perform fiscal accounting activities in conformity with statewide guidelines and procedures for effective fiscal control. The activities relate to all offices of the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) Region 2 and the Division of Licensed Resources (DLR), Region 2. *Performs ongoing, routine and repetitive fiscal tasks in a manual or automated system. *Duties can be assigned Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or General Accounting. *Typical work includes: -Assist in processing payments to vendors -Assist in payment reconciliation -Post payments to vendor files/ledger -File payment documents -Prepare and route documents to archives -Provide support (mostly clerical) to the Contract and Social Service Payment System units.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed: 
Be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED equivalency Successful completion and clearance of a Background Check Provide proof of employment eligibility
