Duties & Responsibilities:
Front Counter customer service, Creating student files, Assess incoming application packets for completion, Filing & Sorting payment documentation. Assist in volume downloads of new applicants, process repayment information.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
Extensive experience working in a College Financial Aid office is essential for this position.

This position is more senior level assistant position in the SSCC Financial Aid office, supporting all of the various full-time staff members in a variety of roles and is also involved in training other work-study students. The purpose of this job is to provide a skilled & knowledgeable resource that can fulfill a variety of roles.
