Duties & Responsibilities:
Work Study student will supervise visitation with children and families, will attend necessary training's, will do some data entry, will assist in filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative tasks. Work study student will accompany social workers in the field for investigations and monthly monitoring. Work Study student will assist in transportation of children and families to medical and mental health appointments and will attend meetings with social worker related to education, placement, mental health, etc.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
Work Study Student must be attending college and must have strong communication skills both verbal and written. Work Study Student must be open to feedback and willing to learn new skills.
NOTE: A criminal background check is required.
