Need 1 student to work up to 19 hours per week. Must be available between 8:00am and 5:00pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Executive Director. Copies, research projects, make appointments, schedule meetings, make reservations and travel arrangements, prepare reports and correspondence, support the Liaison to the Board of Directors, and duties as otherwise assigned by the Executive Director.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
Bachelors Degree in process. Ability and willingness to learn how to network and build relationships internal and external to the organization. Ability to learn how to prepare reports and handle written and oral communication with diverse groups. Proven ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks. Ability to communicate in a professional manner over the phone and in person. Ability to interact with co-workers and public in a positive and supportive manner. Must possess a professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Why do you need this position?:
Provide administrative support to the EMT for strategic planning budgeting preparation and Board of Directors presentation materials. Provide administrative support to Social Service Supervisor. Provide administrative support to the Executive Director to free her time for outside PR, fundraising, networking, etc.
