Day Camp Leader & Day Camp Co-Leader SUMMER JOB #28
Job Description: 
The Day Camp Leader is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the Summer Fun Day Camp program. The Day Camp Leader will provide stimulating activities in a safe, positive, fun, and challenging environment for children ages 5 – 12 years old. He/she will plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities to assigned groups of children under the direction of the Day Camp Supervisor and the Recreation Supervisor. Application deadline: April 12, 2013 Interview Dates: April 20/21 & April 27/28 Dates of Availability: June 8 - August 17. Camp begins Wednesday, June 12 and ends Friday, August 16. Training will be held June 8, 10 & 11, and July 13 (mandatory). No camp on July 4 or 5. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am – 3:15 pm / plus 2 Saturdays Hourly Wage: $9.75/hr. Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years of age * Experience working with children * Current Certifications in First Aid and Adult/Child CPR (copies of certification cards are required) *Pass all required background checks The Day Camp Co-Leader is responsible for assisting in the implementation of the Summer Fun Day Camp program.
