Off Campus Job Submission

An Off-Campus employer may use this form to recruit student employees through CWU. Before any job is posted, it will be reviewed for accuracy and completeness. Once a job submission is reviewed, it will be posted to the Campus Job Boards and the Student Employment Website. If there are any problems with the submission, you will be contacted. This form CANNOT be used to advertise positions through the Work Study program.

Please fill out all of the fields, as we need all of this information for our files. If there is any additional information that may be helpful for the student, or you have special instructions for us, please note this information in the "Additional Comments" box.

You may also call 963-3009 to tell us about the job you would like posted or with questions you may have.

Please contact us when this job is filled and provide the following information if you hired a CWU student: Number of students hired, wage per hour, hours per week, and anticipated length of employment. If uncertain, please provide best estimate. The information is required for reporting purposes, and data is reported in an aggregate format.
