Employers are required to check the enrollment status of each Regular (non-Work-Study) student employee they hire. The number of credits in which a student enrolls determines if they qualify as a Student Employee and how many hours they can work.
You can check enrollment in the Safari system. Please contact the Registrar if you need access to this information.
At least one person in each department should have access to enrollment information on Safari. Count all credits except those the student has withdrawn from (coded as "W" or "HW").
