Essential Functions:

Setup and configure personal computers. Deliver personal computer to end users, transfer users data, bookmarks and other essential files. Test for on-site operation. Additional PC/MAC support as directed.

Necessary Skills:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to Multi-task. Ability and desire to learn on the go. Preferred Qualifications / Skills Needed: Working knowledge of PC's running Windows XP and Linux. Working knowledge of Macintosh Computers running OS-X operating system.

Purpose of Position:

Provide on-going support for campus computer needs.
