Essential Functions:
Duties Include assisting with cooks preparing menu items and other daily food items.
Ability to use char broil, flat top grill, broiler, convection oven, fryers and meat slicer.
Learning the importance of quality of food and not quantity.
Keep area clean and neat during your assigned shift.
Learning the importance of sanitation.
The ability to be cross trained to learn other positions.
Other task assigned by cooks/supervisor.
Necessary Skills:
Individuals that can perform multiple tasks.
Reliable/Responsible.
Communicate well with other staff.
Good customer service and organizational skills.
Work independently and the ability to follow through with verbal and written directions.
Purpose of Position:
To assist cooks in daily operations of keeping a clean and sanitized kitchen area.
To assist in providing quality food to our customers.
