IMPORTANT NOTE TO UNDERGRADUATES and POST-BACCALAUREATE STUDENTS ONLY: Good news! Admissions confirmation fees are no longer required nor accepted. (Graduate students are still required to pay a confirmation fee)

Note: Payments made from a checking or savings account will require approximately 3 days to validate the account before the first payment can be scheduled, but the payment information will be stored securely for future payments.

- Notice: There is no charge for web payments made from a checking or savings account. Higher One, the online credit card processing company, will impose a convenience fee of 2.75 % on the amount of each transaction only to web payments made with the accepted credit and debit card products: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
- Required Information: Student name (First and Last) and the CWU Student ID.
- Payments posted through this page will take one to two working days to appear on the student account. The payment cutoff time is 3 pm PST. For example, payments made after 3 pm Friday will be posted on Tuesday. Payments can be made using credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or bank account (checking or savings). Please allow sufficient time for payment to be processed by the due dates.
