Overpayment Refund Petition Form

"I am aware that if the overpayment is the result of a payment made by a personal check, I need to wait 2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

I am aware that if the overpayment is the result of a web payment made with a credit card, the refund will go back to the card utilized to make that payment, if it has not been more than three months the payment was made.

I am aware that if the overpayment is the result of a web payment made with a credit card that was not mine, but that of my parent, a relative, or a friend, they will get the refund back to their card, if it has not been more than three months since the payment was made.

I am aware that Central will refund me with a check or a direct deposit.

I am aware that if I don’t have a Direct Deposit set up, I will be refunded with a check and it may take up two weeks to be received.

I am aware that if I get a check, because I have not set up a Direct Deposit, I will be receiving that check at my mailing address in MyCWU account, which I certify is current."
