ATTENTION ALL PERKINS LOAN BORROWERS IN REPAYMENT!

Beginning March 20, 2017 CWU will be transitioning to a new online payment service provider. This will require us to take our current online payment functionality down in order to make the change to our new provider. If you are a Perkins Loan borrower in repayment, please be advised that there will be no access to the online payment portal via www.cwu.edu for the April 1st due date. You will need to mail your payment for April to:

We appreciate your understanding as we make this transition and should have all online payment functionality restored for the May 1st payment due date.

PAY FROM CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ONLY (2.75% CONVENIENCE FEE Will Be Charged)

  • Notice: There is no charge for web payments made from a checking or savings account. TouchNet, the online credit card processing company, will impose a convenience fee of 2.75 % on the amount of each transaction only to web payments made with the accepted credit and debit card products: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
     
  • Required Information: Student name (First and Last) and the CWU Student ID.
  • Payments posted through this page will take one to two working days to appear on the student account. The payment cutoff time is 3 pm PST. For example, payments made after 3 pm Friday will be posted on Tuesday. Payments can be made using credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) or bank account (checking or savings). Please allow sufficient time for payment to be processed by the due dates.
  • Please make sure that any pop-up window blocker software is disabled for this site.
