The mission of the Student Accounts Office is to operate efficiently to provide excellent customer service for students, parents, university departments, and third parties. We will provide our customers with accurate and timely account information, efficient and secure means to collect and process all payments, refunds, printing and distribution of checks, Perkins and Short-Term loans processing and support, and recovery of delinquent balances due, ensuring the timely deposit of funds, and safeguarding Central Washington University's assets.
Starting May 2, 2016, Central Washington University students will be able to use a new online payment system called TouchNet to pay their campus accounts from a laptop, mobile device, or computer. Using TouchNet, students will be able to make payments from the convenience of home, without having to wait in line. Payments can also set up for a future date!
Students can also grant make-a-payment access to authorized users while keeping their personal MyCWU access secure. Simply type the authorized user’s email address and TouchNet will send them set-up information (click here to see an example).
TouchNet’s online credit card convenience fees will remain the same at 2.75% (minimum $3) for those paying via MyCWU (click here to see an example of how to make a payment). There are no convenience fees for those paying from a checking or savings account via MyCWU. Payments made from a checking or savings account will require approximately 3 days to validate the account before the first payment can be scheduled, but the payment information will be stored securely for future payments (click here to see how to setup a payment from checking or savings accounts).
Payments of cash, check or credit card can still be made at the Cashier’s Office in Barge Hall 104. Check and credit card payments are accepted at our CWU University Centers.
