College Outcome Reports: Core Theme II for AY2014-15

Dear Deans Ballard, Cutright, Johnson, Martell, and Robertson:

Please use the following webform to submit your outcome report for your strategic planning efforts surrounding Core Theme II during the AY 2014-15. As you can see, the main focus of assessment lies in the contributions your college has made toward the objectives, outcomes, and indicators found in the CWU strategic plan.

Core Theme II
Core Theme II asks you to reflect on the degree to which your college/unit promoted an inclusive environment and was diverse during AY 2014-15. Data reports include things such as looking at shared governance, diversity in faculty, staff, and students, and the degree to which curriculum enhances our inclusivity and diversity.

The data requested below relates specifically to enhancement of the environment of inclusiveness for faculty, staff, and students.
Organizational Climate
Understanding organizational climate is critical to creating and enhancing inclusivity. Links to the COACHE survey results are found below.

Faculty/Staff Participation
Faculty/Staff participation in the governance of the institution is critical to creating an inclusive climate and moving the institution forward. You can use the Faculty 180 Reporting system to provide information requested below.

Student Participation
