The US Bank Scholarship

US Bank has worked with the Sport Club program to establish a scholarship that will help recognize both the hard work and outstanding efforts put forth by the members and athletes of the Collegiate Sport Club program. Through this scholarship opportunity we are able to recognize significant accomplishments by these members in competition, leadership, and community involvement. Each scholarship winner will receive $200 provided by our sponsor US Bank to help them meet their educational needs.

Todd Anderson Memorial Rodeo Scholarship

Todd Anderson
Todd Anderson, for whom the CWU Todd Anderson Memorial Rodeo is dedicated, was a 22 year old Central Washington University business administration student from Tukwila, Washington. Todd lost his life in a tragic house fire at his Ellensburg residence in January of 2003. He was in his fourth year as a member of the CWU Rodeo Club and was serving as the club’s president at the time of his death. He also rode bulls and even through a tough knee surgery his freshman year kept him from competing, he continued to practice with and assist his teammates. A scholarship was created in the memory of this exemplary man. Applications are accepted between 10/1 and 2/1 each year. Any member of the CWU Rodeo Club is eligible to apply, for specific requirements and criteria see the application. Click here for the CWU Todd Anderson Memorial Scholarship. Additional questions can be directed to the CWU Scholarship Office at (509) 963-3005.
