Meeting called to order at 5:09.30 PM.

Attendance: Tylene Carnell, Annie Castle, James McDonald, Derrick Peters, Emily VonJentzen, Zack George, Thomas Whittlesey, Robert McGowan, Penglin Wang, Kevin Kimball, Ed Day, Jack Baker

Unexcused: Bobby Cummings

Special guests: Charlotte Tullos, VPSAEM and Lucas Westcoat, President ASCWU-BOD

Additions/Corrections to March 2, 2005 minutes:

Warefair is the weekend before finals week not the week before

Derrick made a motion to approve the minutes as corrected

James seconded the motion

Old Business
- Senior Golf
  - James made a motion to allocate $25,000 to B.O.D. for Senior Golf, if the Senior Golf doesn't happen, the money goes back to the S&A
  - Bob made a friendly amendment that the money be used for entertainment only
  - Kevin made a friendly amendment that the name not be Senior Golf but Senior Celebration, the event formerly known as Senior Golf
  - Emily seconded the motion
  - 6 in favor
  - 4 abstentions
  - Motion Passes

General Discussion regarding S&A funding with Dr. Charlotte Tullos and Lucas Westcoat

Derrick made a motion to adjourn the meeting
