Robert Holtfreter Receives National Recognition
Robert Holtfreter, Professor of Business, has been named the recipient of the Ray Sylvester Phi Kappa Phi Distinguished Service Award for 2016-2018. Named in memory of Dr. H. Ray Sylvester, who was serving as president-elect of the Society at the time of his death in February 2014, the award recognizes the excellence and extent of selfless service to others over time.
The Ray Sylvester Phi Kappa Phi Distinguished Service Award is presented on a biennial basis and includes a $1000 honorarium, life membership in the Society, and recognition at the biennial convention in Atlanta at dinner on Friday, July 29th. Dr. Holtfreter will accept the award in person at the convention.
