James Olmos is a respected actor and a dedicated community activist. A passionate 
speaker on diversity, he tells audiences how he survived the barrio and succeeded on his
own terms by making his own choices. Emphasizing the need for all races to work together,
he explains how diversity in our society is to everyone's advantage.
