Osteopathic Principles in Women's Health
Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, Yakima
Anita Showalter, DO, is Assistant Dean of Clinical Sciences and Associate Professor and Chair or Women's Health at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. As a practicing obstetrician/gynecologist, she incorporates osteopathic principles to improve the health of women, especially in difficult cases like chronic pelvic pain. She will explain basic osteopathic principles and how this approach can positively impact patient outcomes.
