Taking leadership to the MAXX. This scholarship is provided in conjunction with the ASCWU BOD and US Bank to recognize student leadership involvement at CWU.
Applicant must have completed at least 36 CWU credits
Must be in good academic standing
Leadership contributions
Must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) before the Financial Aid Office's priority deadline of March 15
Preferred leadership experiences (preference will be provided to students that have served in leadership roles during their time at CWU in one of the following areas; however, all students both undergraduate and graduate with significant leadership experience are eligible to apply):
University Standing Committees, Department Committees, ASCWU-BOD Committees, Club Senate, Student and Activities Committee, Student Academic Senate, Union Advisory Board, Recreation Advisory Board, Sport Club Council, Equity and Services Council, Student Athlete Advisory Committee, and Washington Student Association Chapter officers.
Additional materials must be postmarked or submitted to the Scholarship Office on or before March 1st.
