- Admitted to the CWU graduate program
- Enrolled/scheduled to be enrolled in a Masters in Education graduate program focusing on Elementary Education
- At least a 3.25 GPA for the last 90 credit hours completed; and maintenence of a minimum 3.00 GPA druing the period of the fellowship.
