George and Dorothy Mulinski Scholarship

Description:

General Scholarship

Requirements:

Full time CWU student
Have a documented physical disability
Demonstrate financial need- Must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) before the Financial Aid Office's priority deadline of March 15th

Application Process:

Complete the General Scholarship Application through your Wildcat Connection account.
Submit the following additional materials:

An essay stating your reasons for pursuing a college education and explain the impact of your disability on your educational process
Submit three letters of recommendation
Submit documentation from a doctor verifying your disability

Attach your additional materials electronically to your online scholarship application or submit to the scholarship office by March 1st

Supplemental Materials Required:
