Central Washington University is a proud Collegiate Partner of Scholarship America's Dollars For Scholars program.
Collegiate Partners are post-secondary institutions that support the ongoing work of Scholarship America and the Dollars For Scholars program. As a Collegiate Partner, Central Washington University matches a portion (up to $250) of a limited number of students' Dollars For Scholars awards. These matching funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis each year upon receipt of a student's Dollars For Scholars award letter. Students must demonstrate at least $250 in financial need as determined by the FAFSA to qualify for matching funds.
Many Dollars For Scholars awards are given out as early as May each year. We encourage any student who has received a Dollars For Scholars award letter to mail, fax, scan & e-mail, or deliver it to the CWU Financial Aid Office as soon as possible for consideration for matching funds.
Dollars For Scholars chapters may also directly notify CWU of their chapter's recipients to ensure priority consideration for matching funds. Mail, fax, scan & e-mail, or deliver students' award letters to the CWU Financial Aid Office.
