Employee(s) may file for a review of the decision to the president/designee. Such review shall be filed within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision. Failure to file for a review within the then (10) days shall be treated as a waiver by the grievant and the decision shall be final. The president/designee will normally respond in writing within twenty (20) days of the request to review the decision. The president / designee review shall be final for the university.
