Verification of Enrollment

Verification of degree or student enrollment is processed through the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). Therefore, your loan servicer or employer should contact the clearinghouse directly at:

Students Currently Attending May Access Their Enrollment Verification Certificate via SAFARI at:

By linking here,  then clicking on Self Service> Academic Records> Request Enrollment Verification>Use Online Request

Once in Clearninghouse, select All Enrollment> Obtain an Enrollment Certificate.

Forms Requiring Completion Must be Signed by our Registrar. Please Send ALL forms Requiring Completion to our Ellensburg Address Listed Below.

Parent loan deferments may contact Direct Loans at (800) 848-0979 – please have your account # ready.

Current Students Without Forms may E-mail Requests. Please note, ALL information is required for processing.

If you choose pick up: Your request will be available after 10 a.m. with the Information Center, first floor of Mitchell Hall the following working day. Identification is required.

If you choose Toll Free Fax, please provide the fax number
